Artisan dyed, 8mm silk streamer floats lightly. The blue dye used in this streamer is a traditional military and warfare color. Size is 8" wide X 70" long. This length is a regular adult size and it can be used by older children as well. The hand dyed patterns are one of a kind and will vary.
