Most of our products are custom made and can take one to four weeks until shipment.  Items that are hand dyed will generally take 2-4 weeks for shipping.  If you need your order by a certain date, please email and let us know at the time you place your order.  If we don't receive an email, your shipping date cannot be guaranteed.

We offer USPS Priority Mail, USPS Media, USPS Priority Mail International.  Shipping rates can be calculated in the shopping cart before you check out - look for the Estimate Shipping option.  (Unfortunately, First Class International Package option has been discontinued by USPS.)

If a package is returned to us by the post office with an undeliverable address and it was a mistake made by our company, we will resend it with the corrected address at our expense.  If it was not our company error, the postage will need to be paid by the customer to have it re-shipped.   

Notice for International Shippers:  Every country has its own limits on package sizes and weights for shipping which makes it impossible to get accurate estimated rates in our shopping cart.  If an adjustment or increase needs to be made in your international shipping fee, we will notify you as soon as it comes to our attention.  There might be Duties or Taxes applied to your order by the country in which you reside.  We are not responsible for these fees.  We recommend that you check your country's customs regulations regarding import duties, fees, etc. before you place your order.
